2224 Manthey Road <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> • The two proposed borings located to the northwest and north of designated <br /> Dispenser 1 should be moved to within twenty feet of Dispenser 1 in a <br /> northwesterly and northerly direction from Dispenser 1. <br /> • The proposed boring located west of designated Dispenser 4 should be moved to <br /> within twenty feet of Dispenser 4. <br /> • The two proposed southern borings should be moved as close as safely possible to <br /> the underground storage tanks. <br /> 2. In addition to the analyses listed above,analyze groundwater and soil samples for <br /> ethylene dibromide (EDB), 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCA),methanol, and ethanol by <br /> EPA SW-846 Method 8260B, and TPH-diesel by EPA SW-846 Method 8015B. Please <br /> report 1,2-DCA and EDB at 0.5 micrograms per liter for groundwater samples. <br /> 3. Submit a boring permit application and fee of$89.00 to EHD. <br /> 4. Notify EHD at least 72 hours prior to the proposed scheduled work date. <br /> 5. Submit a site-specific health and safety plan to EHD prior to commencement of the <br /> fieldwork. <br /> 6. Complete the fieldwork by June 30, 2005. <br /> 7.
