Removed an inadvertent MW-7 well location from the site plan ? Included waste manifest with signature from facility ? Revised test of report to state VW-1, -2, -3, -4 were drilled out using 10.25-inch hollow stem augers. The revised report has been re-uploaded to Geotracker for approval. Please confirm this. Also, there is a hazardous waste drum onsite as of earlier today(it seemed to be partially filled). I spoke with Nancy Le about this and it sounded like the drum was related to the site cleanup (the drum is dated around the time of the well destructions). Please see the attached picture of the drum and the label. Please confirm whether this drum contains investigation derived waste (IDW). If it does contain IDW, it must be properly (with manifest) removed prior to closing the case.
