Main <br /> Street site, are generally eligible for reimbursement by the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Cleanup Fund. <br /> As you were previously informed, this site will be placed in the Local Oversight <br /> Program and, as the responsible party, you will be directed to perform further <br /> investigation of the contamination as well as provide documentation of the <br /> disposition of the contaminated stock piles of soil. If you plan to proceed with <br /> aeration of the soil, a copy of the notification of permit exemption from the San <br /> Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District must be provided to the <br /> PHS/EHD. <br /> This letter is also notification that a work plan to define the lateral and vertical <br /> extent of the contamination at 4075 E. Main Street, Stockton, should be <br /> submitted to PHS/EHD by April 15, 1999.
