JAMAR SERVICE,STOCKTON <br /> DECEMBER 2001 <br />�I <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The following specific tasks will be completed to meet the objectives stated above <br /> • Preparation of a site specific health and safety plan(HSP) <br /> • Obtain necessarybone and well permits from the County <br /> g <br /> • Obtain Underground Service Alert(USA)clearance <br /> • Drill and install off-site monitoring wells MW-6 through MW-8 <br /> • Analyze selected soil samples for TPH G,TPH D,BTEX, 1,2-DCA,EDB, and fuel oxygenates <br /> • Develop, purge and sample groundwater monitoring wells <br /> • Analyze groundwater samples for TPH G,TPH D,BTEX, 1,2 DCA,EDB, and fuel oxygenates <br /> . • Perform elevation and GPS survey of new groundwater monitoring wells <br /> • Perform a sensitive receptor survey to identify water supply wells, surface waters and other <br /> sensitive receptors within 2,000-feet of the site <br /> • Collect a water sample from the nearest downgradient domestic water well identified in the <br /> sensitive receptor survey and analyze for TPH G, TPH D, BTEX, 1,2-DCA, EDB, and fuel <br /> i <br /> oxygenates <br /> i <br /> • Document findings in a Additional Assessment Report(AAR.)for submittal to the County and <br /> Regional Board <br /> • Provide project management <br /> A brief description of each task is presented below <br /> PROPOSED PRE-FIELD ACTIVITIES <br /> Permits and Site Access <br /> GHH will obtain the required boring permits and workplan approval from the County Where <br /> • necessary, GHH will secure encroachment permits and right-of-entry agreements for any off-site <br /> investigation activities <br /> 3 <br />
