<br /> This report describes the field methods used to obtain groundwater samples and the
<br /> laboratory analysis results for the samples from the Subject site.
<br /> L Srm HISTORY -
<br /> Two underground gasoline storage tanks were removed from the subject property
<br /> in February, 1987. Soil samples collected during the tank removal showed detectable
<br /> amounts of TPH-g and BTEX On March 5, 1987, Xleinfelder consultants reported
<br /> that three monitoring wells (MW-1 through MW-3) were installed on March 2,
<br /> 1987, south, north and northwest, respectively, of the former-underground storage
<br /> tank location `The wells were developed and sampled March 3,-1987. Groundwater
<br /> was encountered at 13 feet below ground surface. All groundwater samples were
<br /> analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPH_g) and benzene, r
<br /> } toluene, ethyl benzene and xylenes (BTEX). All samples were non"detect except for
<br /> . benzene, detected at i.5 parts per billion (ppb) in MW-1 and 13 ppb in MW-3. ,
