These reports are submitted <br /> for your review and comment as requested in our August 21, 1995 meeting. <br /> i <br /> Information provided by Eric Holm of Delta indicated that he had spoken to you regarding <br /> Unocal's commitment to contact San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division(PHS-EHD) a minimum of 48 hours prior to initiating <br /> approved field work. It is Unocal's understanding that the PHS-EHD may request Unocal <br /> and/or its subcontractors to modify the initiation date of the proposed scope of work <br /> based on potential scheduling conflicts with PHS-EHD:' Unocal would also appreciate <br /> clarification on your written comment" all work-Telated to assessment and remediation at <br /> this site must be witnessed by PHS-EHD Site Mitigation Staff." While we have no <br /> objections to your presence during field activities;we are concerned that field work may <br /> be delayed or stopped due to PHS-EHD staff availability. <br /> Unocal appreciates your continued assistance and approval of our addendum.
