He
was the site cleanup/LOP inspector and there for the approved
CAP to remove the crushed rock from the trenches and
witness the remaining stockpile soil sampling.
I
I'm still looking for the soil sample data and notes that are typically
taken BELOW the removed• LISTS. you're familiar with UST
removals, right? in my 22 years, this is the ONLY site I can't find j
under UST soil sample data from the removal. It's typically I
THESE samples that get a site INTO the cleanup unit if there is a
petro impact. This site entered the cleanup unit based on the July
1995 trenching removal soil samples.
I'm looking for EHD inspector notes from Michael Kith or Letica
Briggs, both the UST inspectors during that time. Maps showing
the location of the samples, a form they fill out describing depths,
soil conditions, amounts of ice used, etc. no wherein'8
files....strange.
very strange site..
and I have to explain this ALL to the DA eventually. compliance
issues at hand and so far, unresolved. I'm not looking forward to
meeting.
thanks again for your cooperation.
li
mike
From: Chevlen, Benjamin [mailto:Benjamin.Chevlen@stantec.com]
Sent: Thursday, January 06, 2011 11:29 AM
3/14/2011
