The revised scope of work is <br /> referenced in Recital B of the enclosed License Agreement. Instead of installing the additional more <br /> permanent groundwater monitoring wells as previously requested,we would now advance up to three(3)soil <br /> borings in order to collect grab groundwater samples. To be clear, this agreement is for the activities <br /> specified in the License Agreement only. With the exception of the initial advancement of the soil borings, <br /> the work will be exactly the same each time that we are on the property within the given tern. If you prefer, <br /> we can perform the work on Saturdays and Sundays only. We have included that language in paragraph#5 <br /> of the agreement. <br /> In the interest of moving this important assessment work forward, please assist us by executing this <br /> agreement. I have again enclosed two original License Agreements. Please review the documents and <br /> acquire the appropriate approval, signature and date. Return both originals in the enclosed self-addressed, <br /> stamped envelope.
