Thank you for
submitting a copy of the license agreement that you sent to them previously and the one made
as of March 4, 2009.
1 discussed the possible locations from where and the times when batch extraction activities
could safely occur with you on March 6, 2009. Currently, water samples are being collected
from monitoring wells MW-9S, MW-91 and MW-9D and we didn't know if the sampling vehicle
was parked on the City of Stockton street or on the private roadway. The chain of custody for
the samples collected on October 21, 2008, shows that the samples from these wells were
collected at about 10:00 a.m. This information may help in determining where vehicles could be
parked for batch extraction and what time is best to perform the work. We also discussed that if
batch extraction cannot be performed, that extended purging may be an alternative.
If you have any questions contact me at (209) 468-3449.
Margaret REHS
Program Coordinator
cc: Lee Ignatowicz, Stantec, 3017 Kilgore Road, Ste 100, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670
James Barton, CVRWQCB
Darrell Eppler, 2701 W.
