March Ln., Stockton, CA <br /> Property owners: Transamerica MT Associates <br /> Property Manager:Atlas Property Management, <br /> Attn: Ms. Adrienne Rishwain <br /> 2800 W. March Ln., #360, <br /> Stockton, CA 95219 <br /> The issues with the off-site property owners involve COP's attempts to obtain access <br /> agreements for the following activities: <br /> •.
