RESNA was represented by John Lane (Escalon) <br /> and Richard Walls (Sacramento). PHS/EHD was represented by Linda Turkatte and Mary Meays. The <br /> purpose of the meeting was to evaluate progress and to establish schedules for future work at the above noted <br /> sites. <br /> Fontana Drive at Smith Canal <br /> * The modified groundwater sampling plan was discussed. It was agreed that the semi-annual <br /> sampling schedule for the upgradient monitoring well,MW#1,will be during the months of <br /> October and April. <br /> * The work plan for additional (assessment of the soil and groundwater plumes will be <br /> submitted shortly. The funding,for the proposed work will be addressed at upcoming City <br /> Council meetings with a final determination made by the beginning of May. <br /> The former domestic well located at this site was destroyed as scheduled during the last <br /> quarter of 1992. „ <br /> 110 West Sonora <br /> * The quarterly report for the first quarter of 1993 has been compiled and will be submitted <br /> after review by the City of Stockton. A request for a modified sampling plan may be <br /> submitted pending the review of the results of this latest round of sampling. <br /> * A work plan for the proposed additional vapor extraction wells, soil boring and monitoring <br /> well has been compiled and will be submitted shortly.. The work will be scheduled upon <br /> approval of funding. <br /> The existing underground tanks are scheduled to be removed within the next four months and <br /> the possibility of removing some impacted soil from the excavation at that time was discussed. <br /> RESNA will evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of an over-excavation and will propose <br /> it if warranted. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin;County Health(are Services <br />
