f 1 <br /> COS Page 2 <br /> 22 East Market <br /> • The emergency domestic well was destroyed on January 21, 1993. <br /> Subsequent to a contract amendment,which is expected to be approved by the City Council <br /> in early May 1993, groundwater monitoring by RESNA on a semi-annual basis will be <br /> initiated. <br /> ` Preparation of a work plan to sample residual soil contamination will occur shortly. <br /> PHS/EHD will evaluate the work plan. The work will be scheduled in conjunction with the <br /> removal of underground storage tanks. It is anticipated that the tanks will be removed in July <br /> 1993. The tanks will be replaced by above ground storage tanks. <br /> Disposal of the soil excavated in 1992 is still pending. <br /> 2500 Navy Drive <br /> Closure certification is pending 'the destruction of four monitoring wells. A work plan and <br /> PHS/EHD destruction permit should be submitted by June 1993.
