Prepare a "Preliminary Report" to assess the site and <br /> problem with suggested boreholes and monitor wells needed A <br /> to determine site status. <br /> Preliminary Report must include determination of <br /> groundwater contamination. <br /> 2 . Perform the tasks detailed in the Preliminary Report. <br /> 3 . Prepare a "Problem Assessment Report" describing the <br /> lateral and vertical extent of the problem. Propose <br /> a course of action to clean up the site. <br />
