A generator shall <br /> label or mark universal waste with the words 'Universal Waste' and the type of waste (alkaline batteries, <br /> mercury containing equipment, fluorescent bulbs, electronic devices, CRTs, aerosol cans). Immediately <br /> label these wastes and ensure that all universal wastes are labeled with the required information. <br /> Provide proof of corrective action to the EHD within 30 days of receiving this report. <br /> Notes <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br /> each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, within 30 days of receiving this report. <br /> Lead Acid Batteries were labeled as Hazardous waste, Excluded Waste, Recyclable Waste, and <br /> Universal Waste. Please explain the difference. <br /> Previously Fire Extinguishers were managed as hazardous waste and now it is managed as non- <br /> hazardous waste.
