All treated wood waste (TWW) <br />that meets the requirements of section CCR 67386.2(a) shall be labeled or marked according to section CCR 67386.5 <br />(b) as follows: <br />"TREATED WOOD WASTE- Do not burn or scavenge. <br />-TWW Handler Name and Address: <br />-Accumulation Date: <br />Immediately label this container and ensure that all treated wood waste containers are marked with all the required <br />information. <br />2) One rolloff bin of asbestos waste, located in the outdoor yard area was not labeled with all the required information. <br />Asbestos containing material shall have a label that conforms to 29 CFR 1910.10010)(2) and 1926.1101(k)(8), and Cal. <br />Code Reg., Title 8, 52080)95) and has the following warning sign: <br />DANGER <br />MAY CAUSE CANCER <br />CAUSES DAMAGE TO LUNGS <br />AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY <br />Immediately label this container with all the required information and ensure that all asbestos containing material is <br />marked with all the required information. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Onsite to conduct a routine hazardous waste generator inspection. The inspection was initiated on 6-26-2015 and <br />was finalized on 6-29-2915. During the inspection, the inspector was accompanied by Ms. Elisa Moberly and Ms. <br />Maelee Janvrin (011ie), the PHHWF supervisor. A checklist of findings was left onsite at the time of inspection. A <br />complete report was provided to the facility on August 3, 2015. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, 30 days from receipt of the complete inspection report. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br />online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to Include <br />your hazardous waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant <br />activities and required fields. <br />NOTES: <br />1) Based on reviewed documentation, his facility generated approximately 27.4 tons of universal waste in 2014 and <br />29.1 tons of universal waste in 2015 (January to June 2015).
