Page 2 of 2 <br />Hello Elena, <br />On the Hazardous Waste Program Inspection Report, item 121, there are two manifests (attached) for <br />which the HHW is not the generator: <br />• On page 5 of 9 of the report, item 34, manifest 000081517 DAT was generated by Corral Hollow <br />Landfill. <br />• On page 5 of 9 of the report, item 38, manifest 000061483 DAT was generated by the County at <br />a Lodi Temporary HHW event. <br />I have removed both of these from the HHW onsite folder.
