Manzo [EH] <br />Cc: David Gorton <br />Subject: RE: June 26, 2013 HHW Inspection <br />Attachments: 000081517 DAT.pdf; 000061483 DAT.pdf <br />Hello Elena, <br />On the Hazardous Waste Program Inspection Report, item 121, there are two manifests (attached) for which the <br />HHW is not the generator: <br />• On page 5 of 9 of the report, item 34, manifest 000081517 DAT was generated by Corral Hollow Landfill. <br />• On page 5 of 9 of the report, item 38, manifest 000061483 DAT was generated by the County at a Lodi <br />Temporary HHW event. <br />I have removed both of these from the HHW onsite folder.
