The PHHWF shall submit a proof of correction to the EHD by <br />August 12, 2013. <br />9999. (HSC 66262.34(e)(3)). The waste stored in the waste accumulation area does not comply with all <br />pertinent accumulation, storage, and labeling requirements. Several unlabeled and unidentified waste <br />streams were noted inside this area. According to the PHHWF supervisor, the waste accumulated in this <br />area was received Friday and Saturday (June 21 st and 22nd) the previous week - four to five days prior to <br />the site inspection. A generator who has accumulated an amount of hazardous waste, acutely <br />hazardous waste or extremely hazardous waste that are equal to as much as 55 -gallons of hazardous <br />waste, one quart of acutely hazardous waste or one quart of extremely hazardous waste at or near any <br />point of generation, shall with respect to that waste, comply within three (3) days with all pertinent <br />accumulation, storage and labeling requirements.
