1 2. Site Description 2.1 Local and Legal The Tiki Lagun Resort& Marina is located at 12988 W. McDonald Road in Description Stockton, California. The subject property is located on the eastern shore of 4 Wiskey Slough at the intersection of McDonald Island Road and Neugerbauer Road south of the Turner Cut Marina and north of Zukerman's Bridge to McDonald Island.
