Bloom <br /> RIGHT OF ENTRY <br /> The undersigned grants to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br /> Stockton, its agents, employees, and contractors, permission to <br /> enter upon the property, more particularly set forth on attached <br /> Exhibit "A" for the purpose of conducting surveys tests analyses <br /> taking samples,_and making test borings relating to the past or <br /> -esent existence of hazardous substances or materials on, in,_ <br /> under or above the subiect property. The results of all foregoing <br /> surveys, tests, analyses, samples, and test borings, if any, shall <br /> be made available to the undersigned owner at such time as said <br /> results are available to the Redevelopment Agency. <br /> It is understood that this permission in no way obligates the <br /> property owner to enter into any agreement for the transfer or sale <br /> of the property.
