TPHg and <br /> benzene were detected in the soil sample collected from approximately 10 feet bgs in <br /> boring U-4 (411 and 0 011 ppm, respectively) <br /> Groundwater Chemical Analytical Results <br /> TPHg and benzene were not detected in the groundwater samples collected and analyzed <br /> from wells U-5 and U-6 TPHg and benzene were detected in groundwater samples <br /> collected from wells U-4, U-7, and U-8 TPHg concentrations ranged from 100 to 5,400 <br /> parts per billion (ppb) Benzene concentrations ranged from 1 6 to 620 ppb These data <br /> have been used to construct a TPHg/Benzene Concentration Map (Figure 5) <br /> MPDS sampled on-site groundwater monitoring wells U-1 through U-3 on August 9, 1995. <br /> Groundwater samples were analyzed for EPA Methods 5030/8015 Mod 18020 TPHg was <br /> detected in groundwater samples from all three wells at concentrations ranging from 63 to <br /> 38,000 ppb Benzene concentrations in these wells ranged from 9 8 to 4,800 ppb <br /> I <br /> Stockpile Chemical Analytical Results <br /> TPHg or BTEX were not detected in stockpile sample SS-1 Total lead was detected in <br /> this sample at a concentration of 2 5 ppm <br /> WASTE DISPOSAL <br /> Waste water generated from cleaning drilling equipment and well development and <br /> sampling procedures were removed from the site on August 1, 1995 by Armour Petroleum <br /> (Armour) of Vacaville, California Approximately 432 gallons of water and nine drums <br /> were removed Drill cuttings (10 97 tons) were removed from the site on August 30, 1995 <br /> by Manley and Sons Trucking (Manley) of Sacramento, California, and transported to the <br /> Forward Inc landfill in Stockton, California for disposal Copies of the Armour and <br /> Manley manifests are presented in Appendix F <br /> 482704-3 7 <br />
