The sample was collected at <br /> two and a half feet below surface grade; analytical results evidenced 47 milligrams per <br /> kilogram total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel. Work at the former dispenser island <br /> area has not been completed. <br /> Please proceed with submittal of the requested work plan. The work plan is due <br /> December 3, 2001.
