RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based upon the results of the third quarter 2002 monitoring event, AGE recommends <br /> • Continued quarterly ground water monitoring at the site for dissolved TPH-d, the next <br /> monitoring event is scheduled for May 2003 <br /> • Continued bi-monthly vacuum extraction of groundwater and free product fromwell MW-4 <br /> 1 <br /> On 28 and 29 October 2002, AGE installed one monitoring well and three ozone sparge wells at the <br />' site as proposed in Additional Site Assessment and Feasibility Study Work Plan, dated 07 June 2002 <br /> and approved by the EHD by letter dated 24 June 2002, AGE will initiate an ozone aur-sparging pilot <br /> test at the site by second quarter 2003 to evaluate and potentially mitigate the dissolved TPH-d in <br /> • the former UST area <br />' 6.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised <br /> by environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based on <br /> analytical results provided by an independent laboratory Evaluations of the hydrogeologic <br /> conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation were made from a limited number of <br /> available data points (i a ground water samples) and subsurface conditions may vary away from <br /> these data points No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the professional <br /> interpretations, opinions and recommendations contained in this report <br /> • <br /> Advanced GcoEnvironmenfai,Inc <br />
