5. Other personnel involved in Hazardous Waste or Notification of a Chemical Spill <br />All other personnel that generate hazardous waste shall be assigned annual training in <br />Hazardous Chemicals and Hazardous Waste Safety, which covers PPE, safety equipment, the SDS <br />online database location, hazardous waste storage and labeling requirements, and emergency <br />response procedures. Emergency response procedures for such personnel are limited to <br />contacting Public Safety and the cleanup of small, incidental spills of no larger than one gallon.
