(GeoAudit) has prepared the enclosed Proposal for a Soil Vapor Extraction/Air Sparging Pilot "I est at 17050 Monle Diablo Avenue; in Stockton, California. This proposal was prepared is acc.orjance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) prepared by Chapin Bros. 1.0 BACKGROUND It is our understanding that a Problem Assessment Rt.,port (PAR) was I)repared by SEACOR of Sacramento, California. The PAR detailed assessment activities at the site, including a Soil Vapor Extraction (SVE) pilot'test. However, according to the RFF, pilot test performed by SEACOR was inconclu ive, due to "the location of vapor exti nclion P wells V1 and V3 (installed in or in the vicinity of pea gravel backfill material) and/car .p=.or. well construction."
