The report will be reviewed and signed by a Registered <br /> Geologist. The report will follow the Tri-Regional Board Appendix A guidelines. <br /> ♦ GeoAudit will meet with the Client and PHS/EHD, if necessary, to discuss and revise <br /> any report deficiencies. A revised report, if necessary, will be submitted to the Client <br /> and PHS/EHD for review. <br /> 3.0 COST <br /> The cost for the above services should not exceed $15,410.00. The costs quoted are based <br /> on the scope of work as discussed above and on our Standard Schedule of Charges; all costs <br /> will be billed to the Client on a time and materials basis. The following is a cost breakdown: <br /> COST BREAKDOWN <br /> TASK Work Plan $ 600.00 <br /> TASK 2 - Drilling and Sampling $ 7,910.00 <br /> TASK 3 ` SVE/AS.Pilot Test $ 4,400.00 <br /> TASK.4 = Data Analysis cost incl. w/TASK 5 <br /> Sft� TASK 5 - Final. Remedial Plan $ 2,500.00 <br /> TOTAL (TASKS 1 - 5) $15,410.00 <br /> We estimate that a 24-hour SVE/AS pilot test will provide adequate data to determine the <br /> necessary parameters for the remediation system. However, if a significant radius of <br /> influence for the SVE/AS system has not been determined, additional time may be required <br /> to complete the study. Additional costs will be billed on a time and materials basis. If <br /> additional costs are required, the final invoice will be adjusted accordingly. Under no <br /> circumstances will additional work be performed without prior authorization to proceed <br /> from Chapin Bros., Inc. <br /> 4.0 PAYMENT SCHEDULE <br /> GeoAudit shall submit detailed monthly invoices to Chapin Agricultural for payment. <br /> Invoices will specify the actual costs incurred during the billing period.
