All work will comply with the occupational <br /> Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Standard "Hazardous Waste <br /> operations and Emergency Response", (29 CFR 1910.120) , and <br /> various state and local procedures w1lich require that a Site <br /> Specific Safety Plan be developed and implemented. <br /> The purpose of this Site Gaecific Safety Plan is to provide <br /> field personnel and subcontractors with an understanding of the <br /> potential chemical ani physical hazards that exist or may arise <br /> while the following tasks of this project are performed: <br /> o Investigatory soil boring -i.nd sampling <br /> o Monitoring well installation (including two wells <br /> inside the warehouse) <br /> o Well, development <br /> o Well gauging <br /> o Groundwater sampling <br /> o Free product recovery <br /> To ensure the well-being of all field personnel and the <br /> community surrounding this facility, project staff and approved <br /> subcontractors must adhere to the policies and procedures <br /> established herein.
