Static press <br />re applied at the vessel wall shall be measured on an instantaneous <br />basis durin <br />each detonation. The Permittee shall record the highest static pressure <br />reached aft <br />r detonation, and the static pressure after the purge cycle. if the highest <br />static press <br />rerecorded exceeds 550 psi, the Permittee shall follow the procedures <br />specified i <br />Section III.F.S of this permit. <br />3. Impulse ap <br />lied at the vessel wall shall be measured on an instantaneous basis <br />during eac <br />detonation. The Permittee shall obtain printouts of readings taken from <br />the oscillo <br />pe and use the data to calculate the impulse. If the calculated impulse <br />exceeds 0. <br />3 psi -sec, the Permittee shall follow the procedures specified in Section <br />III.F.5 of <br />his permit. <br />1. No more tan 4 detonations/ hour shall be performed and shall account for both <br />detonation of hazardous wastes and product testing. <br />2. Only up t 10 lbs of LX -14 wastes can be detonated at any one time up to 200 lbs <br />per mont . <br />3. Standard perating Procedure No. 516, found in Appendix A of the Part B <br />applicatio shall be followed whenever hazardous wastes are detonated. <br />4. For each etonation event, the Permittee shall indicate in the operating log whether <br />the CVD was used for hazardous waste or for product testing. <br />5. If any of the parameters measured according to Section III.E of this permit exceed <br />the limits specified in the same section, the Permittee shall conduct the following <br />before re urning the CVD to service: <br />a. vise ally assess the vessel's integrity; <br />b. rec rd in the operating log the date and time of the incident, reason for non - <br />co pliance and corrective actions taken; and <br />C. co ply with the applicable requirements of Sections II.0.7 and III.H of this <br />Demit. <br />1.
