Written comments will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this notice and may be sent to <br />either EPA or CAL -EPA at the above address. <br />A public hearing ill be held if there is a significant degree of public interest. Submit written <br />requests for a public hearing, including the issues to be raised, to either of the contacts listed <br />above. Written requests for a public hearing must be received by May 22, 1992. If a public <br />hearing is held, EPA and CAL -EPA will give 30 days prior notice to the public. Written and <br />oral comments will be accepted at the hearing. <br />At the close of th4 comment period, EPA and CAL -EPA will make the final decision after <br />considering all con1ments.
