Open , pump , and backfill the septic tank , seepage pit or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division . <br /> C . Connection to a public sewer system is required . A will <br /> serve letter is required from the sewer district stating <br /> that they have the capacity to serve the proposed project <br /> prior to recording the final map. <br /> d . If hazardous material is stored on site , applicant must <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services . <br /> e . If hazardous waste is generated , applicant must obtain an <br /> EPA identification number and comply with applicable <br /> regulations. <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> NOTE: Payment of school fees may be required prior to <br /> issuance of building permits. Contact the Stockton <br /> School District for specific fee requirements . <br /> NOTE: Any modification of the above conditions or <br /> approved plan shall only be by a "Revision of <br /> Approval " application or by the filing of a new <br /> application . <br /> NOTE: Submit seven ( 7 ) copies of the Improvement Plan to the <br /> Planning Division for distribution to the involved <br /> County Department. <br />
