CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DP-90-41 <br /> PAGE 2 <br /> 5 . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection . <br /> C . The Development Plan shall indicate the following : <br /> 1 . Parking shall be provided for the physically <br /> handicapped . The space( s ) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance . <br /> 2 . Identification signs for the parking space( s ) , <br /> including the "tow away" sign , shall be provided at <br /> each entrance or be visible from each space . <br /> 3 . The slope of the parking space( s ) shall not exceed 1 /4 <br /> inch per foot . <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> a. An Improvement Plan , showing drainage , driveway access <br /> details , on-site parking , existing and proposed utility <br /> services , and grading , shall be submitted to the Department <br /> of Public Works for approval . <br /> b. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way . <br /> C . A Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this <br /> development. (The fee is $1 , 819 . 00 per 1 , 000 gross square <br /> foot of building as "Service Commercial " in the Stockton <br /> area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted annually by <br /> the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record . ) Collection of the fee will be <br /> effective on April 23 , 1990 , and all building permit <br /> applications not accepted as complete by the Building <br /> Department prior to this date will be subject to the fee <br /> d . A six and one half foot ( 6 . 5 ) wide concrete sidewalk shall <br /> be constructed in conformance with San Joaquin County <br /> standards along the frontage of Wilson Way . <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required . A letter rom the water supplier will be required <br /> stating that they have the capacity to serve the development <br /> and that the system meets State standards prior to recording <br /> the final map . <br />
