The report will include: a description of the sample <br />collection methodologies and field observations; summary of the soil and soil gas sample <br />analytical results; and comparative analysis of the soil and soil gas data with applicable <br />environmental screening criteria. The report will also include a tabularized summary of the data <br />and depiction of soil and soil gas data ion figures. Attachments to the report will include: <br />laboratory data certificates, chain -of -custody forms, boring logs and field data forms. The report <br />will be prepared under the supervision of a California licensed Professional Engineer and <br />Geologist and incorporated into the Phase I ESA report. <br />6 <br />9123 <br />
