SOP-SG-1 <br />SOIL GAS WELL SAMPLING VVE-T <br />STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE LniroarmWSerriceF LInhw1ogy <br />1.2 SAMPLING SUPPLIES <br />Sampling supplies and forms will include sample containers, sample tags or labels, and <br />documentation including logbook or forms and site details. <br />1.2.1 Informational Materials and Forms <br />A copy of the Health and Safety Plan, monitoring well construction data, relevant work plans <br />and/or SOPS, location map(s), field data from previous sampling event, and sampling forms will <br />be brought for the sampling event. Sampling forms may include, but are not limited to: field <br />notebook or field record forms; chain -of -custody forms; and/or sample collection field data <br />sheets. <br />1.3 PRE -SAMPLING OBSERVATIONS <br />Prior to sampling, the condition of the vapor wells will be checked and observations recorded. If <br />repairs are needed, appropriate personnel will be notified and the wells repaired prior to <br />sampling. <br />N <br />
