Failing to obtain a minor waste tire facility permit, in violation of Public Resources <br /> 3 Code section 42834; <br /> 4 in. Transporting waste tires without holding a valid Waste Tire Hauler Registration, <br /> 5 in violation of Public Resources Code section 42954; <br /> 6 n. Failing to carry a waste and used tire hauler registration in the vehicle and failed to <br /> 7 permanently affix a waste and used tire hauler decal to the lower right hand corner of the vehicle <br /> 8 windshield, in violation of Public Resources Code section 42956(a); <br /> 9 o. Failing to complete,retain and submit California Uniform Waste and Used Tire <br /> 10 Manifests to the Board on a quarterly schedule,in violation of Public Resources Code section <br /> 11 42961.5; <br /> 12 p. Engaging in the transportation of waste or used tires without a valid waste and used <br /> 13 tire hauler registration, in violation of Public Resource Code section 42951, <br /> 14 q. Failing to retain copies of completed Manifest Forms for waste tire generator and <br /> 15 end-use facility for three(3)years at all business-locations, in violation of California Code-of <br /> 16 Regulations, title 14 section 18459.3(a); <br /> 17 r. Failing to retain copies of completed Manifest Forms for waste tire hauler for three <br /> 18 (3)years at all business locations, in violation of California Code of Regulations,title 14 section <br /> 19 18459.3(b). <br /> 20 7. Defendant shall pay Plaintiff the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($30,000.00), <br /> 21 as and for Hazardous Material Management Program civil penalties,pursuant to Health& Safety <br /> 22 Code sections 25514 and 25515.2.
