1 $ 5,000.00 made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> 2 DEPARTMENT-ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION TRUST, on or before FEBRUARY 1, <br /> 3 2016; <br /> 4 $ 5,000.00 made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT <br /> 5 ATTORNEY,on or before February 1,2016. <br /> 6 8. Defendants shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS <br /> 7 ($15,000.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 17206. <br /> 8 Said payments shall be made payable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY and <br /> 9 delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions <br /> 10 Unit as follows: <br /> 11 $ 7,500.00-on or before FEBRUARY 1,2017 <br /> 12 $ 7,500.00- on or before FEBRUARY 1,2018 <br /> 13 9. Defendants shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum of EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE <br /> 14 HUNDRED DOLLARS($8,500.00)as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred <br /> 15 by the.SAN JOAQUIN-COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Said payment <br /> 16 shall be due and payable to the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin <br /> 17 County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, on or before FEBRUARY <br /> 18 1, 2012. <br /> 19 10. Defendants shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum of SIX THOUSAND FIVE <br /> 20 HUNDRED DOLLARS ($6,500.00)as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred <br /> 21 by the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney. Said payment shall be due and payable to <br /> 22 the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District <br /> 23 Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, on or before FEBRUARY 1,2013. <br /> 24 11. In addition to those penalties outline in Paragraphs 7, 8, 9, and 10 above Defendant shall <br /> 25 be penalized, as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 17200 et <br /> 26 seq.,EIGHTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($80,000.00). However, it is stipulated by all parties that <br /> 27 the entire additional EIGHTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($80, 000.00), in these additional civil <br /> 28 penalties shall be allocated as follows: <br /> 6 <br /> PERMANENT INJUNCTION AND FINAL JUDGMENT PURSUANT TO STIPULATION <br />
