The intent of our study <br /> was a broad assessment of the likelihood of contaminants being present on the <br /> site, rather than a detailed assessment of the nature and extent of such contam- <br /> ination, if present. Our conclusions are based on a limited field investigation <br /> augmented by interviews with regulators, as well as present and past owners and <br /> tenants. It should be recognized that site contamination may exist which is <br /> neither visually apparent nor identifiable by a study of this nature. <br /> It has been a pleasure to assist Bennett Properties with this investiga- <br /> tion.
