RE UEST FOR CLOSURE <br /> Mr Harlan Knoll, of the San Joaquin County Local Health District, received a copy of the <br /> Underground Storage Tank Closure Investigation Workplan prepared by NOA Environmental on <br /> March 26, 2001 (Appendix E),and it was with Ins consent that the above testing was performed No <br /> further site testing was requested by Mr Knoll at any phase of this project,neither in his Inspection <br />' Report from the date of the tank removal nor after lus receipt of the Underground Storage Tank <br /> Closure Investigation Workplan Mr Knoll also received the results ofthe Sequioa Analytical tests, <br /> along with a letter, dated August 7, 2001, requesting the issuance of a No Further Action statement <br /> (Appendix F) <br /> • <br />' 10 <br />
