Box 1747 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> RE: Bioremediation of ,soil pile located at <br /> 1240 Navy Drive,, Stockton <br /> An inspection was made concerning complaint #89-2227 on October 16, 1989. 1 <br /> This inspection revealed a bioremediation program was in progress at the <br /> above site. Further investigation revealed that a bioremediation work plan <br /> had not been submitted and approved as required by the California Health <br /> and Safety Code, Division 20, Article 8, Section 25191, Subsection (d) . <br /> Therefore all bioremediation activity must cease until such time as a <br /> bioremediation work plan has been approved by the following agencies: <br /> 1. Air Pollution Control District <br /> 2. Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> 3. Department of Health Services <br /> 4.
