r <br /> SITE CHRONOLOGY <br /> STOCKTON SCAVENGER COMPANY FACILITY <br /> 1240 NAVY DRIVE <br /> LOP SITE CODE: 1195 <br /> CVRWQCB CASE # 390209 <br /> APN: 16323047 <br /> 03/14/88 On this date a 3000 gallon diesel underground storage tank (UST), a 500 gallon <br /> diesel UST, a 500 gallon oil UST and a 500 gallon transmission fluid UST were <br /> removed under the Environmental Health Department (EHD) permit and <br /> inspection. Soil samples were collected beneath the USTs. <br /> 04/08/88 Date an Unauthorized Release Report (URR) was filed for the contamination <br /> found. <br /> 05/03/88 A Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge was filed this date. <br /> 04/18/88 The soil beneath the diesel. USTs had TPH-diesel detected so this area was over <br /> excavated to 17 feet below surface grade (bsg) and additional soil samples were . <br /> collected on this date. No further investigation of the oil and transmission fluid <br /> USTs was required. <br /> 07/22/88 Date nine soil borings were drilled on site and soil samples were collected. <br /> s <br /> 08/19/88 Date of the report discussing the July 1988 work. <br /> 09/02/88 Date of completion of three monitoring wells and a soil boring at the site. A report <br /> on the installation apparently was not completed. <br /> 09/26/88 Date of report proposing remediation of contaminated soil that has soil sample <br /> results from the three monitoring wells and the soil boring performed in <br /> September 1988. <br /> 07/31/89 Date of Quarterly Report with results of water samples that were collected <br /> 6/22/89 from the three monitoring wells that show groundwater contamination. <br /> 02/01/90 Date that twelve soil borings were drilled and groundwater samples were <br /> collected. <br /> 09/28/92 A 10,000 gallon diesel UST, a 7500 gallon diesel UST and a 7500 gallon <br /> gasoline UST were removed on this date under EHD permit and inspection. Soil <br /> samples were collected and contamination was found beneath all three USTs. <br /> 11/04/92 On this date EHD filed an additional URR for the USTs removed on 9/28/92. <br /> 11/05/92 Date the site was placed in the Local Oversight Program. Previously the <br /> oversight agency was the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CVRWQCB). <br /> 11/5-6/92 Date four soil borings were drilled and soil samples were collected. <br />
