Employees involved in hazardous or dangerous -work of some nature are routinely <br /> g Y <br /> rprovided with protective equipment and clothing The equipment and clothing should <br /> be used without fail If the equipment is faulty, be sure to follow procedures to <br /> schedule a maintenance check Whenyou are done with the equipment, it should be <br /> � 9 uiP <br /> cleaned and stored properly At no time should faulty equipment or dirty protective <br /> clothing be returned to storage without following the proper procedures to maintain <br /> the equipment or clothing <br /> 0 Equipment Operations <br /> All office/field equipment is maintained in accordance with the equipment needs <br /> Routine inspections are performed to be sure all equipment is fully and properly <br /> functioning If equipment or machines need additional servicing, this should be <br /> 10 <br /> coordinated through the Office Administrator A Safety Inspection Report should be <br /> completed by an employee who is aware of a potential or existing problem with a <br /> particular piece of equipment <br /> r ■ MARK Fleet <br /> MARK vehicles (trucks, vans, automobiles, tractors) are routinely inspected and <br /> maintained by a local car dealership/garage Anyone noticing an existing or potential <br /> hazard with a MARK vehicle should complete a Safety Inspection Report and inform <br /> the Office Administrator as soon as possible, so that maintenance can be scheduled <br /> At no time should a vehicle be used if there is a question about its safety <br /> H&S-PLAN ADD Pane 5 REVISED APRIL 1992 <br />
