After the samples are labeled, they are immediately stored in refrigerated <br />' containers at 4 degrees centigrade awaiting shipment to the contract <br /> laboratory The samples are sent to the laboratory under chain-of-custody <br /> procedures <br /> By installing this array of wells, the presence or absence of hydrocarbons <br /> can be clearly evaluated. In addition, if hydrocarbons are found in the <br />' groundwater, the potential need for groundwater remediation can be <br /> assessed at an early date.
