• <br />' SECTION FOUR <br /> DETAILED SCHEDULE <br /> 4.1 Project Schedule <br /> MARK has prepared a scheduling management plan that is job specific, <br /> and tailored to the individual circumstances pertaining to this project We <br /> have utilized the software package Primivere, a project budgeting and <br /> resource loading program, to provide project management data and <br /> critical path analysis to ensure that this project is completed in accordance <br /> to the estimate and schedule <br /> Figure 4-1 illustrates the preliminary schedule for the proposed work The <br /> schedule is presented in time-scaled logic format, showing the duration <br /> and time spacing of the activities as well as the interrelationships between <br /> activities <br /> As shown, the entire project culminating in submittal of the final report <br />' will be complete roughly 100 days after the notice to proceed The <br /> schedule, as illustrated, is computer generated and shows MARK's <br /> capability in planning and implementing complex project requirements <br />' If it is desired to change the order of activities from that show, we can <br /> easily and quickly evaluate the impact on submittal of reports and other <br /> deliverables, as well as the impact on resource requirements to implement <br />' the work <br />' 4-1 <br />' COMPANY CONFIDENTIAL TRADE SECRET AND PROPRIETARY WFORMATION OF THE MARK DAMP INC <br /> III ITS <br />
