(MARK) has completed the third quarter groundwater <br /> monitoring and sampling event for the Stockton Scavenger Association (SSA) Facility located <br /> at 1240 Navy Drive in Stockton, California (See Drawing 1). The monitoring event was <br /> �. performed on November 1, 1994 and was conducted according to the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) guidelines. <br /> Scope of Work <br /> The scope of work for this quarterly monitoring event consisted of the following: <br /> ■ Measuring static water levels in three monitoring wells (MW-1, MW-3, and MW-4) at the <br /> site (static water levels were not measured in pumping well MW-2).
