Revised Closure Summary Report <br /> Former MEL BOKIDES PETROLEUM <br /> 2191 Navy Drive, Stockton, California <br />' 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> In accordance with the request of Mr Nick Bokides of Mel Bokides Petroleum, Inc , Advanced <br />' GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this Revised Closure Summary Report (CSR) <br /> summarizing all field activities conducted at 2191 Navy Drive,Stockton,California Based upon the <br /> results of investigations of the former underground storage tank area at the site,the vertical impact <br /> to ground water is defined, the remaining mass of dissolved impact poses minimal threat to future <br /> ground water use The site setting is illustrated on Figure 1, the former underground storage tank <br /> locations, site building structures and existing monitoring well locations are depicted on Figure 2 <br /> This Revised CSR has been prepared in accordance with the California Regional Water Quality <br />' Control Board (RWQCB) - Central Valley Region guidelines (Tri-Regional Board Staff <br /> Recommendations For Preliminary Investigations and Evaluation of Underground Tank Sites) for <br /> No Further Action Requests <br /> I <br /> 2.0 SITE BACKGROUND <br />' The site is located in an incorporated industrial/commercial area of west Stockton, California, on <br /> Navy Drive (Figure 1) The site is presently utilized for shipping and receiving <br /> 21 SITE DESCRIPTION <br />' The major portion of the site is unpaved One structure utilized for an office and a shop, is located <br /> J P P � P� <br /> on the property(Figure 2) No domestic wells are located on the property The surrounding sites are <br />' used for storage and auto dismantling, a railroad right-of-way is located north of the site <br /> r2 2 UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK ACTIVITY AND REMOVAL <br />' AGE has been informed that eight underground storage tanks (UST), dispensers and associated <br /> piping were active on the site for 20 years, installed sometime during the early 1980s The UST <br /> removals were witnessed by a representative of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD) History of the UST use,tank tests,product inventory and repairs are not known <br /> to AGE <br /> On 21 and 23 December 1998, one 20,000-gallon diesel UST, two 10,000-gallon diesel USTs, one <br /> 20,000-gallon gasoline UST, three 10,000-gallon gasoline USTs and one 1,000-gallon waste oil <br /> • UST were removed from the site by Dan Samuels Construction The approximate locations of the <br /> Advanced GeoEavironmental,Inc <br />
