Site <br /> analytical data has been shown to be complaint with the 2013 State Water Resources Control Boards <br /> Low Threat Closure Policy(SWRCB LTCP) and therefore granted case closure by the CVRWQCB.To <br /> complete the Case closure requirements, the on-and off-site monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-5 were <br /> subsequently destroyed on November 13 and 14, 2013. <br /> WELL DESTRUCTIONS AND WASTE DISPOSAL ACTIVITIES <br /> The following is a summary of the field activities related to the well destruction performed on November <br /> 13 and 14, 2013. <br /> Personnel GHD's Geologist, Dave Vossler, oversaw and documented the well destruction <br /> Present: activities. Others on site included Mr. James Barton with the CVRWQCB, and <br /> Johnny Yoakum of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (SJCEHD), etc. <br /> Permits: Prior to drilling, GHD obtained required permits from the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department Well Destruction Permits#SR0068372 and <br /> SR0068378 dated October 23, 2013(Appendix B).
