Project is the vacant lot on the south side <br /> of March Lane, adjacent to a BP Gas Station. The project site is a portion of <br /> parcel L as shown on parcel map 10-187, developed by R.P. Weldum & <br /> Associates, Inc. <br /> The Rally's Stockton project is situated within the Sacramento/San Joaquin <br /> Great Valley at and elevation of approximately 104 feet above mean sea level. <br /> Topography <br /> The topography within the project area is gently sloping to the southwest. <br /> Surface runoff is collected in a storm drainage system located along the <br /> western property boundary. <br />
