Documentation was not <br /> submitted to indicate that a new water-tight lid was installed on the vent sump (HSC 25290.2(c)(3)). An operator that <br /> receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting <br /> corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken.
