The only maintenance records on site for the last twelve months were dated <br /> 4/1/15 (dispenser 11/12 Healy repairs), 3/16/15 (L10 91/diesel annular replacement), 3/12/15 (Q2 PLLD transducer <br /> replacement), 2/18/15 (L8, L10, L13, L15, Q2 alarm troubleshooting), 2/5/15 (dispenser 5/6 repair), and 11/3/14 <br /> (dispenser 5/6 repair). These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years. Monitoring records include: (1) <br /> date and time of all monitoring or sampling, (2) monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; (3) results <br /> of any visual observations; (4) results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5) logs of all readings of <br /> gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6) results of inventory readings <br /> and reconciliations.
