CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> ERMA DA DALT <br /> MS--90.-23 <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 1 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a . The frontage improvements for Escalon-Bollota Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half <br /> of an 84-foot right-of-way rural street . The frontage <br /> improvements for Dove Road shall be constructed in <br /> conformance the standards for one-half of a 50-foot right- <br /> of-way rural street . The construction of the frontage <br /> improvements will be deferred upon the execution by the <br /> owner of a Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement prior to <br /> approval of the Parcel Map. (A $250 .00 fee is required for <br /> processing per Ord . No. 3337 in addition to a copy of the <br /> Grant Deed and an Engineer ' s estimate with a drawing of the <br /> required frontage improvements on a form to be supplied by <br /> the Public Works Department . ) <br /> b. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement of the Parcel Map. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> NOTE : The Environmental Health Division has no conditions of <br /> impose at the application stage ; however , future <br /> development will have Health District conditions of <br /> requirements pertaining to the provision of water and <br /> sewage on parcel #1 . <br /> 3 . OAKDALE IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> a . A 20 foot easement for private irrigation facilities <br /> through Parcel #1 for Parcel #2 as shown on the attached <br /> map. <br /> b. A 20 foot easement for private irrigation facilities <br /> through Parcel #1 for the existing parcel to the east of <br /> Parcel #1 as shown on the attached map . <br /> C. A 20 foot easement for private drainage for Parcels #1 , #2 , <br /> & #3 , along the west and north side of Parcel #1 , and along <br /> the north side of Parcel #2 & #3 as shown on the attached <br /> map. <br />
