ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> ERMA DA DALT <br /> MS-90- -23 <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 1 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a . A Parcel flap is required . <br /> b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> subdivision. (The fee currently is $2 , 093 . 00 for each <br /> dwelling unit . The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> annually by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record . ) Resolution R-89- <br /> 946 suspends the fee until February 1 , 1990 . <br /> C. Dedication to result in a 42 foot wide right-of-way from <br /> the centerline of Escalon-Bellota Road to the property line <br /> shall be required across the frontage of Parcel 1 . <br /> d . Dedication to result in a 25 foot wide right-of-way from <br /> centerline of Dove Road to the property line shall be <br /> required across the frontage of parcel 1 , 2 , and 3 . <br /> e . Dedication to result in a 20 ' X 20 ' road return (snipe) at <br /> the corner of Escalon-Bellota Road and Dove Road shall be <br /> required on parcel 1 . <br /> ORDIIIA14CE REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT APPEALABLE <br />
